When people talk about the good ol' days, we think about how we are lucky enough to be living them right now! On our little piece of farmland in the Comox Valley, producing food for ourselves and our customers we are happy to be connected to the land, get our hands dirty in the soil and share the fun with our family and friends. There are obvious benefits to the family farm including knowing exactly where your food comes from.
